Line Boss

Matthew Ende

Matt Ende has been with Million Air since November 2021; before joining Million Air Syracuse, he was a supervisor at Signature Flight Support of Syracuse. He is responsible for all aspects of managing the line service professionals, including employee training, safe refueling, fuel quality control, deice operations, inventory management, scheduled inspections, maintenance of refueling equipment and storage areas, aircraft movement, hangar operations, and employee scheduling.

Mr. Ende has over 25 years of management experience, 20 of which have been spent serving our country in the United States Air Force.

He has been recognized for his excellent customer service skills and for being focused on leading business while setting the benchmark for peers. He has multiple Commendations for excellence in Customer Service and Leading by Example. Matt prides himself on building customer relationships and expanding sales potential through these relationships.

He has completed the following company training: NATA Safety 1stPLST and Supervisory Training approved by the FAA, ATA 103 Standards for Jet Fuel Quality Control at Airports, NFPA 407 Standards for Aircraft Fuel Servicing, Hazardous Communications training, and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures training.

Matt is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his lovely wife, children, and family.

Customer Service Manager

Brittany Radley

A native of Syracuse, New York, Brittany Radley has been in the FBO/Aviation Industry for eight years working for Landmark Aviation and then Signature Flight Support. She has been trained on all aspects of being an outstanding customer service representative, including various Line Service duties such as marshalling, fueling , and towing of aircraft. Brittany has held every position leading up to becoming the Customer Service Supervisor for both Million Air Syracuse and FreemaJet Center of Syracuse.

When she’s not on the airfield, you can find Brittany participating in car racing, boating, and cooling off with various water activities.

Leo

“We arrived at Million Air Monday night to bring a medical team in to SYR. Leo the line guy was doing the job of 3 people that night, taking care of multiple aircraft, fueling them, helping with the Quest Pilatus airplane with 2 over-flowing laundry carts of things and fueling the Pilatus – for two hours he was non-stop. Not only was Loe knocking it out of the park, he also was doing the job and was very professional with everything, after everyone and their airplanes were set, he was cleaning up the trash in the FBO and restrooms. I have been to many FBOs and seeing someone like LEO – he is one in a million.”
