Million Air Rome has played a vital role at Griffiss International Airport since 2008. With a spacious ramp and a 11,800 ft runway, we can handle a variety of large military, corporate, or charter aircraft including a Boeing 747.
Griffiss was constructed back in 1942 as a supply depot for the Army Air Forces and was home for the 416th Bomb Wing flying B-52s and KC-135s until it was closed in 1996. Major aviation related tenants on the business park include multiple MROs, Air Force Research Laboratory – Rome and the Eastern Air Defense Sector (ANG).

Now offering Rapid Refueling “hot fuel” capabilities to military aircraft! Please call ahead to schedule.
