Internal Acquisition of Million Air Medford

MEDFORD, OREGON November 2018 – Freeman Holdings Group, the largest licensee within the Million Air network, has added another FBO to its portfolio with the purchase of Million Air Medford. This acquisition, at the Rogue Valley International airport in Southern Oregon, marks the 14th FBO location for the Freeman Group.
Million Air Medford, formerly Superior Air Charter was started by owners John and Marilyn Duke in 1992 and joined Million Air in 2005. Joe and Jan Keith have been managing the FBO since 2002 and will continue in their role for the Freeman Group.

Medford compliments the type of market we have had success operating in and is a strategic fit between our existing southern California and Washington state FBOs. Medford Oregon is also the site of a very active USFS Air Tanker Base and works closely with the Airport to support these aircraft for extended periods of time during peak fire season. Million Air Medford also holds the DLA fuel contract and handles aircraft ranging from the C-5 Galaxy to small fighters and helicopters for military customers. In addition, Million Air Medford’s most recent 35,000 square foot hangar makes it one of the largest hangars in the Northwest with the capacity to house two Boeing Business Jet as well as a variety of other large cabin aircraft. The campus now offers a total of 75,000 square feet of hangar space and 15,000 square feet of Executive Terminal and office space catering to business, leisure and Military Aircraft as well as an outstanding choice for Hawaii tech stops.
